Research team recruiting for face and whole-body identification study
An ORNL team investigating technologies for face and whole-body identification under challenging imaging conditions is recruiting volunteers for tests scheduled for August-September 2022.
Participation will require having photographs and videos taken by several camera systems while performing common, everyday activities such as standing or walking. The tests will take a maximum of 4 hours and a map will be given to the arrival point. Transportation will be provided to the testing location.
Volunteers will be compensated for their time with gift cards up to $150. No charge code will be provided, so ORNL employees will be expected to participate on their own (non-work) time.
Images will be linked to a randomized ID number, in lieu of the participant’s name, to better protect personally identifiable information.
Registration is now closed for the August-September 2022 event.
